Creator Terms

Creators are responsible for the content they publish, livestream, broadcast, and sell on StudioMart Connect. Creators agree to follow the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable laws, and to maintain a respectful, professional presence on the platform.

To enable monetization features, creators must complete profile setup, accept these Creator Terms, comply with the Community Guidelines, and where applicable provide accurate tax and payout information. StudioMart Connect may withhold or disable monetization for accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

Creator earnings from subscriptions, tips, ticket sales, and other monetization features are subject to platform service fees and payment processor fees. Current revenue share percentages and fees are disclosed in the creator dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Submissions to StudioMart Connect TV are reviewed before broadcast. By submitting content for TV, creators confirm they hold all required rights and grant StudioMart Connect the rights necessary to schedule, air, and promote the submission on StudioMart Connect channels.

Hosts who sell tickets to Watch Parties are responsible for delivering the experience as described and for ensuring they hold rights to any content shared during the party. Ticket revenue is paid to the host net of platform service fees and payment processing fees.

Creators may offer paid subscription tiers. Subscription revenue is paid to the creator net of platform service fees and payment processing fees, and is subject to the platform's payout schedule and eligibility rules.

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload to StudioMart Connect. By publishing content, creators grant StudioMart Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as transcoding), display, distribute, and promote the content within the platform, including for the purpose of operating, marketing, and improving StudioMart Connect.

Creators must only upload content they own or are authorized to use. Repeat copyright infringers will have monetization revoked and may be removed from the platform in accordance with the Copyright & DMCA policy.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By accepting payouts you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms. StudioMart Connect is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banks, or incorrect payout information supplied by the creator.

Payouts are issued after a creator meets the minimum balance, completes any required identity or tax verification, and is in good standing with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. StudioMart Connect may withhold payouts during investigations into suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Creator accounts may be reviewed at any time to verify compliance with these Creator Terms, the Terms of Service, and applicable law. Reviews may temporarily limit features while in progress.

Verification badges may be issued to creators who confirm their identity and meet platform criteria. Verification does not imply endorsement and may be revoked for policy violations.
