Terms of Service

To access most StudioMart Connect features you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or sold without StudioMart Connect's written consent.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, livestream, broadcast, share, or distribute. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.

StudioMart Connect is provided for lawful creative, social, and entertainment purposes. You agree to respect other users, follow the Community Guidelines, and use the platform in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.

You may not:

• Post unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited promotions
• Scrape, mirror, or reverse engineer the platform
• Circumvent paywalls, subscriptions, or access controls
• Use the platform to violate intellectual property or privacy rights

StudioMart Connect may suspend an account at any time, with or without notice, to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or to protect users, creators, or the platform.

StudioMart Connect may terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of credits, subscriptions, or other purchases.

Paid subscriptions unlock additional features such as Next Level access, Creator Pro tools, and exclusive content. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

StudioMart Connect credits are digital, non-refundable, and may be used to purchase tips, tickets, AI features, and other digital goods on the platform. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may expire under conditions disclosed at purchase.

Eligible creators may earn revenue through subscriptions, tips, ticket sales, merch, licensing, and other monetization features. Creator earnings, eligibility, and payouts are governed by the Creator Terms.

Users and creators may broadcast live audio and video. You are responsible for all content you stream, including third-party content that appears in your broadcast. StudioMart Connect may end, mute, or remove any livestream that violates these Terms.

StudioMart Connect TV allows approved submissions to air on StudioMart Connect channels. Submissions are subject to review, scheduling, and editorial standards. Submitting content does not guarantee placement.

Watch Parties allow synchronized viewing experiences, including ticketed events. Hosts are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content shared in a Watch Party. Tickets are non-refundable unless required by law.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading, you grant StudioMart Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as transcoding), display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.

The StudioMart Connect name, branding, logos, graphics, designs, platform architecture, proprietary workflows, creator systems, TV broadcasting systems, StudioMart Connect Radio systems, Watch Party systems, subscription systems, monetization systems, AI integrations, user interfaces, custom platform features, and related materials are protected intellectual property of StudioMart Connect and its owners.

No person or organization may copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, reverse engineer, clone, or commercially exploit StudioMart Connect proprietary systems, branding, or protected materials without written authorization.

StudioMart Connect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. StudioMart Connect does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudioMart Connect, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or from user-generated content.

StudioMart Connect may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StudioMart Connect is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
